Little did he know that it would only be the first of his many false memories, but at least in this case he's aware that this wasn't his own memory. Being addressed as Leader Raihan, he could easily deduce whose memory this belongs to, but he's not sure why he has a recollection of someone else's experience.
Perhaps if he met up with Raihan, the man could provide some answers. He just so happens to catch him on the way out of the apartment building... almost as if he was waiting for him. He could have just gone straight to his room, of course, but that might be too personal? Who knows what the protocol is when it comes unintentionally peering into somebody's past.
