Well now isn't that handy? Almost like running Merlin and Waver in the same party. Merlin really prefers not fighting, himself, but the problem with literally mindless figments of a nightmare is that they're not exactly prone to being tricked with illusions.

And there's limits to which he can hold the nightmare itself at bay.

So, holding his staff in his left hand and materializing a sword in his right, Merlin glances over at his masked companion.
