All he wanted was for the fighting to stop, so to find out he hurt someone in his attempt to achieve that... would be ironic and regrettable. Still, by the way he's treating her now, it's clear that his actions before weren't personal in the slightest -- since she apologized and has stopped fighting, he's not going to hold a grudge.
