The precision and quick-thinking displayed by professionals is quite something to behold. Beyond mere sport, there are practical benefits to studying it, as well. Precision, as I'd mentioned, as well as the fundamentals of footwork in a confined area. I wasn't able to study formally for very long, unfortunately, but I was able to do some practice on my own.
I can only hope that will be of some benefit in this strange situation we've all found ourselves in.
