Um... basically! [That's a pretty good way of putting it, actually? Probably better than anyone else has gotten it right away.] More Pokémon inhabit the world than people, I'm sure, so we rely on them to coexist. Lots of Pokémon just live their own lives away from people, but a lot of Pokémon are curious about people and seek them out to interact.

Kinda just like people, I guess.

[Blue gestures up, like toward the roof; he had helped Tifa to tame the Pidgey so they wouldn't attack patrons, and now they were much better behaved, so...] I think so! They don't understand people's words as easily as the ones I'm used to, but they still definitely can learn.
