We are unfamiliar with "Torchic".
(He'd probably be even more impressed by the sheer variety of dicks that can be found in the Mass Effect Galaxy. So many aliens, so many dicks.)
Perhaps "plato's man" would be more easier to comprehend.
(Makes the joke more obvious, at least.)
