We hereby start the Void Calendar! All over the Void since yesterday, several handwritten notes have been taped or stapled to the Void's most populated areas in the hopes to drive the people to the popular bar/cafe. Heavenly Blanc's exterior has been protected from any upcoming storms by a large awning, and more tables and chairs have been temporarily set to settle any issues of overcrowding on the inside. Upon entering, one will be able greeted by the aroma of curry, although the spices vary from pot to pot, and coffee and alcohol will be served throughout the evening.

Within the interior of the bar, a small space has been divided and cleared out -- next to the jukebox. There, one will find a few microphones resting on their stands, waiting for whoever is brave enough to sing on them to whatever is playing in Heavenly Blanc when the storm hits. Last, but not least, a whiteboard has been visibly placed next to the entrance. It reads: "Names of the Months", and you may either write your own or add sticks to vote on your favorites.

[ Ann yelps as Seto suddenly reaches for her drink, and fortunately for him, her reflexes are ridiculously slow this evening thanks to the alcohol, and even though she leans back, it's far too late. The drink sloshes dangerously, but it doesn't spill out -- she's forced to give the drink over.

There's definitely alcohol in it, though. ]

[It's been a miracle that his jacket hasn't ended up with wine on it all evening, so when he feels it slosh he freezes until it settles. Then he draws it towards him and gives it a sniff. Nose crinkling he levels a glare at her]

Ann! This drink is alcoholic too!

[How much of this is accidental? He's starting to think he might have a lush on his hands]

[ It sure is. It's also a miracle that she's still got the ability to... not be on the floor right now, let's be real. She blinks at him, head tilting to the side innocently. ]

[ She's not tasting much of anything right now though... ]

[ Can he blame her?! It's not like she's ever had this stuff before! ]

Yeah, they were so bad. I worked at a McDaniel's for a brief stint, fast food is the worst... customers are so rude and everyone hates their job so they make it hella miserable for you. Even some of my modeling gigs have been really bad... there's this one chick who sets me up constantly. Mika. She hates me so much that she spreads lies and gets me fired from every job I get called to...

[ She frowns and looks off to the side for a moment. She generally doesn't bring Mika up, because if she weren't intoxicated, she'd be laughing about it. ]

Hm? [ She pouts at him for a brief moment when he bats her hands away from the offending water bottle, but it's quickly replaced with surprise. ] Wait... really? Thank you, you're the best~!

[Fighting to urge to cringe at the thought of her in those dorky uniforms with a visor, infused with grease from the fryer, a tray in one hand sporting a burger and fries, and a bright smile on her face. Well- actually.. the mental image was kind of cute, since the greasy element melted away and she was being backlit by some shoujo-worthy backdrop. What- was he... thinking?

Cough.

And she was the one who had been drinking. Moral of the story: Ann deserved something better than working in fast food]

It wouldn't be that difficult to have Mika removed.. [Look, a little pressure here, a phone call there and this thorn is gone]

Yeah, I'm a real peach. Just stay here, ok. Don't move. Don't touch anything. Or Anyone. I'll just be a minute.

It was awful. People are really mean, and there's like, no training... they throw you to the fry wolves! [ She's very much unaware of his thoughts, which, if she were, she'd have been ridiculously flattered. How lucky that she's not a mind reader! ] I wanted people to choke on those burgers...

Mika ended up getting herself removed... she still hates me though. Probably busy telling people how lazy I am, or how I made her cry... but I didn't make her cry, I didn't say anything, but everyone believed her! Go figure... [ Please. Do not. Ever let Mika show up here. ]

You're my peach~ [ She listens to him -- really, she's only hearing half of what he's saying. ] Okay, I'll... I'll be right here. [ He said not to touch anything... so she folds her hands in her lap, giving a paranoid look around. ]

Not even those cheesy training videos set to awful parodies of actual pop songs? [What a rip. Everyone should get the displeasure of seeing those. IT IS LUCKY FOR HIM THAT SHE'S NOT A MIND READER! No one should look that good in a fast food chain uniform. He snickers at what she says next, genuinely amused.] You could have poured milkshakes over their heads for dessert.

[It's not? I mean- seemed like a thoughtful gesture to him.]

If she's no longer in that field then perhaps she no longer sees the need to tear you down. [Or she remained angry and bitter. It's a 5o/5o chance] It wouldn't be the best usage of her time. [Let him make Mika cry for you]

[Instant regrets for calling himself that. Shaking his head. Once he's gotten her to agree to his terms, he walks over to grab her that water bottle, and returns not long after] Here.

I think they're supposed to... they hired me on the spot, gave me my uniform, and threw me out into the kitchen... something about working the registers. Except I didn't know how to do that and some guy got pissed off and threw fries at me. [ This is like some sort of god awful war flashback... she blinks, before bursting out into laughter. ] I would have loved that! That's how I should have quit...

[ Would have left an impact, certainly... ]

She's still the top model getting all of the jobs... she gets really pissed off when I show up now. Still dunno why... they didn't fire her... [ She caused a LOT of people to lose their jobs. ] She'd better not mess up again... [ Seto....

At least she does what she says she's going to do -- she sits, hands folded neatly in her lap, like a proper lady. Even if she can't see entirely straight right now and she's about to fall asleep in her seat. She immediately perks up when he returns, and she flashes him a smile as she takes the offered water. ] Thank you! You're the best~

[Not that he rightly blamed them, not entirely- though if he'd witnessed the fry flinging someone would have found themselves in a near car accident to scare the life out of them ] It is, I doubt they would have bothered to have you arrested or file charges since that takes money they'd rather hold onto.

I misunderstood. [How did Mika get herself removed then?] I would have. Immediately. It's not that hard to find another pretty face that can pull it off. [Though he says all this, how many people has he put out of business to obtain the beginnings of his empire? Yeah, the whole thing was pretty sketchy. [ She's heard worse stories about baristas getting hot coffee flung at them, so she can't really complain about a box of fries, at least. ] True enough... mm, probably best not to chance it, though. Charges may not have been pressed, but I'd have gotten kicked out of school. Shujin... doesn't put up with that stuff. [ They're not supposed to, at least... ]

She got caught in her own lies... I felt sorry for her. [ Because... of course she did. But she only felt a little sorry, because at the end of the day Mika's still a bitch and really, she didn't get punished for it. ] That's because you're smart and not brainwashed like a lot of these places I've seen. She's just got the look that everyone wants... she'd better watch out, though. I'm going to knock her down to second place myself. [ She's going to try, at least... well. She would, if she were at home.

She takes his words very seriously, because she is being careful as she sips it, not wanting to end up with water all over everything and everyone around her. ] Thank you. Midnight needs to hurry up and get here... I'm tired. [ Don't get used to Ann ever saying 'I'm tired', okay. It's not often she says it. ]
