Birds of a Feather [OPEN]
Who: Izuku Midoriya and YOU!
What: Izuku and his bird(tm) + a catchall for September

1) Beach Reunion | Takoba Beach
[Most of Izuku’s time has been dedicated to trying to clean a beach that keeps acquiring more trash. You’d think it to be a losing endeavor, yet he’s here almost every morning regardless, filling his backpack with garbage to clear off the sand before returning to get more. When he comes by today, it’s when the ocean has begun to cough up more new appliances and things...
But this morning, Izuku isn’t alone in his exploring. As he makes his way down the beach, anyone in eyeshot will no doubt notice a massive wyvern-like bird picking his way slowly over the sand after him. He’s somewhat larger than a horse, probably 6-6 feet tall when standing at his fullest height- and walks with his wings tucked against his back and a long tail with an extra smaller set of wings trailing over the sand. At first glance it might look like he’s stalking poor Izuku with the intent of eating him or something, at least until he curves his head down to nip gently at the curls atop Izuku’s head. The boy laughs, reaching up to pet his feathers.
If you wait long enough to approach, you’ll see the creature settle down on the sand long enough for Izuku to climb up onto his back just in front of his shoulders.]

He’s here, see? Look Kacchan!!
[Izuku had convinced Katsuki to come to the beach today with the avenue of hunting for new items for their apartment. Katsuki hadn’t seen Toshi yet, and honestly Izuku isn’t sure Katsuki believes that he’s here...but sure enough there the bird stands, a shadow of his former size but still as formidable as ever.]
Toshi, it’s Kacchan! You remember Kacchan, right?
2) Training | Mt. Silver
[Izuku has chosen the base of Mt. Silver to train this afternoon. It’s not as wide open as Takoba, but the change of scenery is nice, and the mountain seems to remind Toshi of home even if he doesn’t seem to be able to express that verbally to Izuku now. To that end, he watches Izuku quietly from some distance away on the rocks while Izuku swings his legs at the air, counting aloud as he goes.]

[A notebook on the ground in front of him has a scrawling of notes and numbers with his backpack keeping it propped up. His sword, as ever too large to fit inside, lays next to it.]
3) Bathhouse | It’s The Bathhouse
[The appearance of the bathhouse is a much welcome addition. He comes by after training, stripping and showering well before making his way over to the bath proper. Izuku plans to stick around a while, especially since this place feels familiar to him despite not being a bathhouse he’s physically been to before. He sinks down to his neck in the warm water with a relieved sigh, his curls just barely tamed by the steam.]
Have you been to a Japanese style bathhouse before?
[He might ask if he sees someone who looks unfamiliar and maybe a little unsure as to how they should be handling themselves there. Otherwise, maybe you’re already in the bath too as he leans his head back and sighs.]
Uwaah...it feels so good......

I'm sure that Toshi would probably be happier back home where he came from, but...I really don't mind having him around. I missed his company.
[Toshi clicks his beak softly. He doesn't mind being here, even if the circumstances are strange. Plus, he'd have been concerned about Izuku's sudden disappearance while he was his charge either way.]

They remind me of some species of carp and koi fish, which resemble dragons in some ways.
