[There's a lot to unpack here, so...

First, while the two of them are arguing about music, she helps herself to a small sample of cheesecake as well, to eat with Leo and stuffs it in her mouth while she listens.

Second, she's genuinely glad that he's taken to her suggestion, and beams at Leo with her mouth full.]

Right!? It'sh delishush! I'm sho glad you like it!

[Next, she has something to say about this whole thing, being something of a skilled piano player herself, and does so with the cheesecake still in her mouth, because she's completely serious about this.]

The Do-Nothing cake ish like when you're improvishing and— [She swallows that bite before finishing what she wants to say, to really drive the point home. Man, cheesecake is creamy and delicious, but can they get some water???] You know when you're going for something soft and lazy sounding, but then you press all the right keys anyway? And it turns into a nice melody that could put you to sleep...

[She looks between the two boys and presses a reassuring hand to Cloud's back. She's got you, boo. :)]

That's what the Do-Nothing cake is like.

[Yeah, she pulled that out of thin air.]

[ it's so sad that tifa's the only one with braincells here. leo's bouncing between being amused that tifa's just... like... talking while eating, amused that cloud's... cloud, and. well. pausing just the slightest about their familiarity with each other?

he's stuffing the chocolate cake sample in his mouth in that lull. he'll try not to choke on it as he recovers and laughs, even if it would be doing everyone in this room a favor. ]

Mmmph... I never shaid-- [ let him finish this, ] --I never said I was playing everything all at once! But I get it. An edible lullaby... Lemme know when it pops up, I wanna try something warm and loving like that!

[ taking a glance at cloud.... ]

[ in the end the dramatic speeches weren't even necessary but he's gonna pretend to question his choices more if it gets him hilarious responses like that.

[ And with that, he joins them as the third person to stuff cheesecake in his mouth, except he did it as an excuse not to say anything more. >:( ]

[There's a very silent moment following all of that when Tifa's long, loud sigh is obvious. It's relief, for one, that the two of them have stopped arguing about cake and music, but also because this isn't going quite as smoothly as she hoped it would. They're off to a rocky start, sure, but... at least she can fix that? As for the music vs. cake argument, she can't help you boys anymore there.

So, she's just glad it's over.

Without thinking, she's bringing the cupcake holder sample of cake back up to her lips, her mind going back to the Do-Nothing cake again.]

Yeah, you know when you're going for something soft and— [wait. Why the hell is she talking about it again!? Tifa stops, just before she pops the piece of cake into her mouth, and stares down at the cake that was supposedly eaten not even half a minute ago. She looks back up at Leo and Cloud.] That's not right...
