VOID TOUR @ here, there, and everywhere!
Perhaps it's ironic, but the best way for her to do that is to ask Ren to show her around. And so...
Maybe you find them in Heavenly Blanc, where the tour starts while she continues to inspect the signage. Or maybe they're in Wall Market, with Yoshizawa happily picking at the different types of sushi and barbecue meat as they wander around under the neon lights. Perhaps you find them at the Messiah Station Square, or the Shibumenosaki Underground Academy, both places similar to home and yet not. Or maybe they're somewhere else entirely - the Void has a lot of places to explore, after all!
Let the tour commence! ]
( Obviously, both Ren and Yoshizawa will be replying to this thread!! The more the merrier, though! )
Messiah Station Square
He was descending one of the staircases carefully as water cascaded all around his expensive boots. He halted when he heard something from above]
Voices... down here?
[Why would anyone seek this place out? Intentionally? Grumbling, he debated continuing downward or heading back up to see who could be so foolish.]
no subject
She hears the grumbled complaint only a moment before the man in question comes into view, and one hand frees itself to wave in his direction. Unfriendly or not, this is a face she recognizes! ]
Oh, senpai! It's the man who helped me before...
[ Another wave, and she grabs at Ren's arm again, still careful in her movements - but excited to see someone she knows, even if he's 1. still mostly a stranger if she's honest and 2. kind of rude on top of that. ]
no subject
Yoshizawa holding onto him for dear life is not an issue, much to the contrary. She's so tiny that the current could easily take her, so not only he trusts her to keep her grip steady, but he's also putting his strength to keep them both from being washed away. Thank God he works out.
A near heart-attack when she frees a hand, his hand curling around her arm to prevent disaster, but thankfully she was quicker than that.)
Kaiba?
(Ren blinks a few times. Not that he is surprised to hear that he is helpful, since Ren knows he built the accessways to the Wall Market, but alas. Hopefully he wasn't too rude to her.)
no subject
If it was possibly, Kaiba looked more unfriendly than usual drenched from head to toe from the nearly perpetual rain. It wasn't exactly the image he wanted to project but he hadn't expected the sudden downpour.
Looking up he caught sight of the pair of them, vaguely remembering the girl from before, though she hadn't left much of an impression, and of course the coffee clerk. Straightening his posture, he tried to appear well in control of the situation, ignoring the droplets of water freeing themselves from his bangs and running down his face.]
Don't tell me- this place is also derived either from your memories or your colleagues. [Addressing Ren, but not really qualifying it. Either could answer.]
no subject
The pair of them move off the last step, and Yoshizawa looks around, taking in the place's features with unabashed curiosity on her features, and more than a hint of discomfort - that, she tries to hide. It's like home, but it's not like home, with its empty stalls and the water flooding everywhere.
Polite as she is, she won't answer the comment, even though she easily could - it's clear that this place could have been pulled from any of their memories, at least in part. But it wasn't addressed to her; it was addressed to Ren. She's not going to speak over him, and so she just offers Kaiba a quick bow by way of greeting. ]
no subject
She doesn't talk, so Ren calmly replies.)
It's a common spot in Tokyo. It may, it may not.

He wouldn't have appreciated the comparison to an 'abandoned angry dog' despite how accurate it was as a description.
Nodding to the answer to acknowledge it, he didn't doubt it. Japan had tons of stations just like this- though... personally.... he tried to avoid public transportation at all costs. Literally. He couldn't help noticing the apprehension on the female's features however slight.]
You'd know more about common than I would. [Though the snark wasn't warranted it was launched all the same. Placing that aside, he navigated his way off the stairs himself.] Looks like another wreck all the same...

yumenoshibuya
but his thoughts were interrupted as he hears voices from down the hall, and he peeks his head out from the music room to check out who it is. ]
Amamiya? Fancy meeting you here.
[ he sounds disinterested, but his curiosity has been piqued at the sight of a very familiar-looking girl. ]
...Huh, it's you. This world got you too, huh.
no subject
Look, he's right. He offers a small smile to the words, before he realizes that--
Oh, that's right. Izumi knows Yoshizawa, even if it was through Ren's eyes.)
It sure is her. (He laughs - he probably did mention that some people might recognize her due to the memory swap they've had not too long ago. There's proof.)
no subject
When the grey-haired head pops unexpectedly out of one of the rooms, she squeaks and moves a little closer to Ren. But it seems he knows Ren... and...
He knows her, too? For a moment, she's confused, a questioning glance between the stranger and her senpai. But then she remembers what Ren told her - something about memories being mixed up, switched between residents of this Void place, that there are people who know her despite her never having met them. And so Yoshizawa offers the young man a small, hesitant smile. ]
H-Hello!
no subject
well, in that case. placing a hand on his hip, he walks over to them with a poise of an aloof model. ]
And? Aren't you going to introduce me to her?
[ she looks pretty timid for someone who just danced her troubles away in that memory, hm... ]
BIG ASS PERSONA5 ROYAL SPOILERS HERE.
Izumi truly is a celebrity, isn't he? From pose to tone.)
Sumire-chan, (Still feels a tad strange, but alas, it is what it is,) this is Sena-san. He's the one who's seen you dancing.
EVEN BIGGER ASS PERSONA 5 ROYAL SPOILERS
She's still a little more shy than he would expect her to be, probably, as she steps forward and into a bow. After all, she's not the same girl who he saw in that memory - but nor is she that girl's cringing, scared younger sister. Not anymore. And so when she straightens up from the bow, her smile is a little broader, a little more confident. ]
I-It's nice to meet you, Sena-san! My name Yoshizawa Sumire!
no subject
he does notice that she seems very meek compared to what he'd seen in that memory, but he won't nitpick on that for now. ]
Sena Izumi. Well, at least she knows her manners.
[ a smirk that's... actually a lot more friendlier than what he lets on. ]
It's kinda you're showing the transfer student around the school, Amamiya. Is that why you guys are here?

shibumenosaki
well, except for the one he shoots when they come in. that one's close enough but mildly off, his slight jump from the sound of doors opening setting him off-center. this isn't as distracting as music is, as nostalgic as it might be, so his attention to his surroundings is still mildly intact. as intact as it can be for leo, anyway.
hope you enjoy the orange-haired disaster waving frantically from the stage with his free hand when he turns to see who came in! he calls out loudly across the room, thank you stage experience: ]
That you, Ren? Heya, Ren! And-- [ he definitely does pause over yoshizawa in a very transparent way. familiar, but... not quite? ahh ] --Who's your friend? C'mere, come closer, introduce me!
[ said as he turns around and readies another shot...... ]
no subject
Ren smiles for a second, glad that he found the other man. He definitely wanted these two to meet. The thought is only halted by the realization that Leo is holding a weapon, the gaze shifting to see the bullseye marks and ah, that's very nice.
Not to mention the small relief that comes with knowing that Leo is not totally defenseless.
Waving back, Ren makes his way towards the other, gesturing with his head for Yoshizawa to do the same.)
This is Leo Tsukinaga, our very own musical genius. (And then he gives space so she can introduce herself. You can do it, he tells her through a nod.)
slides in here with massive p5r spoilers
Of course, in the time it takes her to process the question that comes along with that thought - if Ryuji-senpai is here, why didn't the others say anything? - she's realized her mistake. If the vocal quality wasn't enough to give it away on its own, the shock of orange hair should have been. Not to mention that Ryuji, with his preference for shotguns, probably wouldn't care to spend much time on a sport as precise as archery.
So when she steps forward in response to Ren's gesture, there's a little embarrassment mixed in with the shy expression on her face. ]
U-Um. It's a pleasure to meet you, Tsukinaga-san! [ Whether he's looking or not by the time she says that, Yoshizawa steps into a bow. ] My name is Yoshizawa Sumire!
no subject
--okay, no, he kind of is still looking away as ren introduces him (why didn't you do that yourself, leo), and as yoshizawa begins her greeting. the arrow is set quickly, flying with a "thunk" into the center of the next mark. when that's done he finally does glance at them both, right when she begins her bow, and despite the disinterest his actions might imply...
... he does, in fact, seem particularly engaged. ]
Wahaha! "Our very own"... Am I yours, Ren? I like the sound of that!
[ ahahahaha he's kidding. it's the idol fanservice charm rising up
to focus on their new little star here: ]
Nice to meetcha too, Sumi! I'm guessing you're one of Ren's underclassmen or something? I'm feeling that kind of mood in the interaction here.
[ why couldn't his kouhais be this cute instead of menaces who try to tie him up and tell him what to do??? just kidding, all the baby-not-baby knights are cute too-- ]
Anyway, no need to be shy, I'm not gonna bite much! I want moo~re of an introduction than just a name. Those don't tell me much at all, so go a little deeper! What d'ya like to do? What's your favorite food? Beethoven or Mozart? It better be the former!
no subject
That's when he learned not to take Leo's overly affectionate or flirty comments to heart without a second thought. Much like most of the encounters he has had while showing Sumi around the Void, Ren prefers to keep himself out of the way as much as he can - giving her space and the opportunity to interact and get to know the others.
Won't do her too much good if he's talking for her, after all. So, all he does is nod and hum.)
no subject
Meanwhile, the questions from Leo come thick and fast, and she's left a little stunned, glancing to her senpai with a momentary expression of panic on her face. But no, that's the whole point of this outing, isn't it? She can't rely on him for everything all the time. She has to stand on her own two feet, even here.
A breath. One at a time. Easy, right? ]
I'm- I'm a gymnast! So I guess you can say I like doing athletic stuff. And... to be honest, I'm not familiar enough with either to choose so easily, but... Mozart is easier to do routines to, so I have to choose him! Sorry! As for food...
[ Is "everything" a good answer? ]
...I guess you can say that I'm not picky. I'll try anything once! But my favorite is probably curry. Oh, or a typical bento lunch. Or kitsune udon. Or maybe yakisoba loaded with shiitake mushrooms and veggies! Or...
[ She trails off, her cheeks glowing a faint pink as she stutters a few times over her last word. ]
O-Or. Yes!

... fortunately, he recovers from his salt. partially. ]
Mgggggrr... I mean, I can't be mad that you're being honest! It says something that you didn't pick the super obvious bait I laid out riiiiight in front of you. Life isn't like a video game, we can still be friends even if you choose the answer that gives you one music note or heart or whatever instead of three...!
[ what
is he saying. but yeah sumi sure got just a ♪ from a guy who usually gives ♪♪♪ ]
Ahh, sorry, sorry! I should be talking with you, not at you! Le'see... a gymnast, huh? Wanna show me some moves? Like Ren said, I'm the Void's musical genius -- but I'm also an idol, y'know, so I'm always looking for some inspiration for choreography and stuff.
Shibumenosaki Underground Academy
And to think, the only thing she could find here are school uniforms. What the hell is she supposed to do with an abundance of those? It hasn't stopped her, of course, from grabbing an entire armful of skirts and pants and shirts and jackets in varying shades, because now she's bound and determined to make them into something other than a uniform.
It's something to do, at the very least. And as she rounds the corner, she is able to easily spot two familiar faces, though admittedly... one is far more familiar than the other, and far less shocking. ]
Ren! Yoshizawa-san! [ She's quick to make her way towards them, lifting her free hand in greeting, before all attention is on the other girl. ] Hey, did you just arrive? Poor thing, I'm glad that you found Ren right away!
no subject
Takamaki-senpai! [ She nods. ] I haven't been here for very long at all. [ She thinks, anyway. Yoshizawa makes a face as she thinks about it. What is time? The only thing she knows for sure is that her senpais have been here longer than she has.
Heh. Now they're three times her senpais. Second year senpais, Metaverse senpais, Void senpais. The confused look becomes a smile, a small snrk of laughter escaping her before she can stop it. Her cheeks flush, and she clears her throat. ]
...But I was lucky to meet with senpai, and with Akechi-san... And I'm so glad to see you, too!
[ This place may not be home, but she's with the people who matter most to her, so that's a good thing, right? ]
no subject
(It has probably been longer than Yoshizawa thinks, or not as long as Ren thinks. Really, time sucks and makes no sense in the Void, but Ren just accepted that it is what it is for now.
That thought doesn't last for long while he watches the two girls exchange their meetings. He's endeared and for a second, he feels like he's back home.
Obviously, there's a smile adorning his lips the whole time.)
