[OPEN] Keke, that is incomprehensible! Butβ¦ itβs worth the try.

What: A catch-all for November, feat. Add trying to harness the power of electricity via questionable life choices, trying to drown out all the nightmare-induced trauma with copious amounts of caffeine, and becoming a robot?? maybe???

"...Oh, sorry, were you not talking to the world at large?"
The small child with the large staff sips what looks to be a colorful iced tea as she surveys the pile of junk on the roof.
"Joke aside, if you want to die, it's probably easier to just hop into the void or something."

"What the fuck, don't sneak up on me!" You know, for her sake. Not because he was spooked or anything. He huffs, folding his arms over his chest as he scowls down at this brat. "Mind your own goddamn business! Anyway, what are you doing up here if you think it's so dangerous?!"

Viridi gives a shrug.
"Phosphora's always zapping things willy-nilly so you kind of get desensitized. It's familiar!
"What are you trying to do, reanimate the dead?"
She kicks the junk pile lightly.

... and that little kick from earlier caused a coffee machine to fall over, so please don't mind as one of the dynamos hovers over from the sidelines to gently nudge it back into place.

Viridi rolls her eyes.
"I'm definitely older than you. And wiser. And prettier and all around better in every conceivable way." A short pause. "You might have me on height right now."
And doesn't she hate that.
"Seriously, what's this junk? This is literally just beach trash."
no subject
But he does believe her, despite his attitude. No reason not to when he's met plenty of slow-aging races already. Twelve-thousand years sounds pretty ridiculous, but he can at least believe she's way older than him.
"It's not junk, so keep your hands off. These are all perfectly serviceable machines, hand-picked by me to use in this experiment. Unless you're interested in becoming my latest test subject, I'd suggest you stand back, kukukuku."
There's a flash and a loud crack of thunder in the distance, providing the perfect dramatic lighting for his ominous chuckle.

Viridi sniffs.
"And I was up here to look out for you out of the goodness of my heart, but I see that my goodwill is unwanted."
No she wasn't she's just a nosy meddler.
"Go ahead and get struck by lightning."
no subject
But fine, maybe he will just get struck by lightning. That's literally what he came here to do, after all. He leans casually against his shitty lightning rod, waiting patiently for the storm to get closer.
"If you'd been paying attention, you would've realized by now that lightning doesn't appear to cause any damage like it should," Add mansplains boastily. "Rain would normally cause electronics like these to malfunction, too, but it doesn't seem to make any difference. So there's nothing dangerous about this activity at all. Even if it that weren't the case, a Nasod specifically trained in channelling and redirecting massive electrical currents would hardly consider a bolt of lightning 'dangerous', more like an annoyance at worst. Something like this is no problem at all to a talented genius such as myself, heheh."
no subject
They probably deserve each other.
"And if I don't have my powers, you definitely don't. Or else you'd have a better plan than 'make the world's ugliest lightning rod.' Which is what I assume you're doing with this. What are you trying to accomplish by getting this stuff powered up?"
