Volleyball League Practice Catch-all

Who: primarily those who signed up to participate in the Void’s new volleyball league, but anyone and everyone is welcome!
What: volleyball practice for the new Void volleyball league

((ooc: this log is gonna be used for a few practice sessions, as well as a practice game and other such things! As the first game winds to an end, Viridi lays off her shouting for the last few minutes and pulls out some snacks. Her expression has turned decidedly more grouchy than it was earlier.]

I suddenly feel too bored to watch any more games.

[At least she seemed to tire of the the proceedings, that would make it considerably easier for him. That's the best way to handle trolls really, don't feed into their shenanigans and they lose interest.]

[Reminding Viridi that he was just going to ignore her, you know.. while not ignoring her long enough to tell her that. As the next match commenced he actually thought he might get to just observe this portion in peace, but he started to get that nagging feeling that he was under surveillance again.

Before he noticed he might have slipped and been paying more attention to the lithe, agile object of his affections. COUGH. That likely fueled the outburst that followed. Standing up abruptly he glowered down at her] Take a picture, it'll last longer! Just why do you keep staring at me anyway?!

[That didn't mean that he wouldn't still attempt to play dumb. He grimaced a bit when his own word selection was thrown back at him.]

It's the first one. [Cough. Yeah- Ann totally owes him money for putting up with this person right here. He managed to deliver the line in a deadpan tone but he wasn't able to maintain that calm demeanor going forward.]

What are you- [As her words sank in, his face started to color and his eyes widened in a mix of shock and horror] That's definitely not it! [Their relationship was certainly not at that stage, and he wasn't really sure if it would come to that.] You're reading far too much into this!

Ahhhhhhhh, spring. The time when flowers bloom, the skies clear, and young love blossoms into fruition.

I can see it now! Kaiba and blonde girl, walking hand-in-hand as the cherry blossoms fall.

He says, "Oh, blonde girl. You melt the icy cage around my stone-dead heart. With you, I feel like I can be a total egoist in peace."

She blushes, stars in her eyes. "Oh, Kaiba! I love your self-obsession and inability to be civil. Be with me forever!"

A romance for the history books! The product of this coupling will be known for centuries for their invention of the new hairstyle: the mullet-tails!

[It's certainly getting to that point, he is recalling what murderous intent feels like. Shooting a look between her and the rest of the audience and back Kaiba is fretting over how best to silence the little gremlin.]

[To be fair, she really doesn't think anyone will care longer than like, a half hour, but Viridi just really enjoys seeing him like this.]

Then how about this for your drama? It's about this youthful looking girl, who enjoys harassing those around her but one day her taunting goes too far and she mysteriously goes missing and not a smidgeon of evidence is left behind for anyone to piece together what became of her..

[Apparently this is story time, but you can take that as a threat if you wish Viridi.]

[He thinks this is a bluff. It has to be- her attention span isn't that good.]

Oh, no. I just found something much more amusing than heckling random people I don't know.

Namely, heckling people I do know. And by people, I mean you.

[Viridi beams, continuously fueled by the glory of her triumph.]
