We hereby start the Void Calendar! All over the Void since yesterday, several handwritten notes have been taped or stapled to the Void's most populated areas in the hopes to drive the people to the popular bar/cafe. Heavenly Blanc's exterior has been protected from any upcoming storms by a large awning, and more tables and chairs have been temporarily set to settle any issues of overcrowding on the inside. Upon entering, one will be able greeted by the aroma of curry, although the spices vary from pot to pot, and coffee and alcohol will be served throughout the evening.

Within the interior of the bar, a small space has been divided and cleared out -- next to the jukebox. There, one will find a few microphones resting on their stands, waiting for whoever is brave enough to sing on them to whatever is playing in Heavenly Blanc when the storm hits. Last, but not least, a whiteboard has been visibly placed next to the entrance. It reads: "Names of the Months", and you may either write your own or add sticks to vote on your favorites.

Pause. Right. Ok. It's an internet thing. You say something with a goofy picture that people can laugh at or 'get' so you said it with fewer words but the artwork makes it stand out more.

Sorry. I talk with Viridi enough. For a nature buff she talks about the internet a LOT. It's weirdly hypocritical how much she loves the internet but hates technology. Anyway... I think I can put two and two together.

[She said before looking around for a pen and paper. Once she does so, she quickly grabbed them before coming back to the chair. As she thought about what meme to draw, there was one that popped into her mind.

[You know, the only reason she could say that her own art was worse was that her ability to use her hands was a bit crude comparatively. They really didn't work as well as they had when she was alive. But, focusing on the picture she frowned for a minute.

What was ... it all seemed a little whiny didn't, oh that was the idea?]

I think I get it? Wow, they do a lot more with art in your time. It's rarer and more prized...

I hope that you are able to understand what this picture is trying to convey. It's suppose to suggest that it is difficult to work when there are various other things happening!

[Or at least, that is a nicer way of saying how people don't want feel like working. Regardless, she gave a giggle or two]

But yes they do! I will say that people don't see art as more prized these days. [Pause] Which, I will admit, is a shame.

[She laughed a little.] I think I have the general idea, yeah. Not 'quite' what I was thinking but I see what you were getting at sort of?

[She sighed a bit.]

I mean it's nice to have more art I guess? But then it loses something. Is it just me or is the modern world a little strange sometimes?

[In response, all Haru could do was give a small sigh.]

I suppose it is when compared to what it must be like back then. There has been a lot of improvement and changes that can be a little odd.

[With that, she had to think of something she had seen recently that might ping Parsee's interest]

For instance, there are people who can eat gold now!

[Wait. All the rest was lost to her. It was that last statement that caught her attention, exactly the way that it was probably intended to do. Her eyes perked up and she cocked her head.]

Wait, they eat gold?!?

Yes you can! I have tried it myself.

[And here, we can see Haru showing off just how rich she is. As much as she didn’t want to admit it, Parsee would ask sooner or later.]

It’s a faint metallic taste but it’s not worth it.

[Immediately jealous of the wealth to an extent. She'd been nobility once, but... that was a long time before the 'living in van down by the river' routine she pulled these days. however, jealousy was put aside for a much more important question.]

How did you not chip a tooth?!?

It wasn’t a bar, it was little flakes one would put on top!

[She said nervously. Just how was she explaining this to someone who was from the past? She just hoped it made sense to Parsee.]

Such as ice cream or coffee!

Haru. Exactly how rich are you? I promise not to judge... much. But you say things like that, you sound like you were kind of royalty.

Which, considering our last talk, I'd believe if you told me.

[Because nobility got arranged marriages.]

[Here Haru was regretting her decision to say it out loud. She didn’t respond at first as she wondered what would be the correct way on how to respond back.]

Let’s just say I’m wealthy enough to rent land for an entire night at the last second.

[And you know, have it be reserved for her and her friends alone??]

Heh. Well, wealthier than me, back when I actually had money. [She snickered a little. It was always nice to have ammunition in the old jealousy game if she ever needed it again.]

Not that that actually matters around here, does it?

[And yet, the look on Haru's face scream out how relieved she was!]

And I am thankful for it! I know that it doesn't matter allows me to have friends here and not to worry about my future for a bit too.

I have to admit that, after a century or so... one thing I did not miss was managing the household, making sure that everything didn't go crazy. This place is almost a vacation for you isn't it? Because you'll be in charge one day.

You know what? You're on vacation. We don't need to talk about that. We can just enjoy ourselves and you can be a regular person for now, right?

[With that, Haru shook her head. While it was true she would eventually have to help her father at some point.]

I would but right now, I have decided to leave my father's company. It is more important that I figure out how to manage my own business before I move onto something more grand.

[She gave a sigh.]

I might be on vacation but I know couldn't sit back and do nothing for long.

That's.... probably not a terrible idea, doing your own thing. I envy you having the freedom to do it. Lives used to be more rigidly limited, but you've managed at least a little freedom haven't you?

[Admittedly with a battle axe's help.]

Heh. You're just like Ren in that. Can't sit idle for long can you?

[She said before tilting her head slightly to the side]

I like to think of myself as someone who wants to use my time wisely but it’s a great compliment to know I remind you of him!

You guys are all really close to him, aren't you? I kind of noticed how you all seem to revolve around him at times. He'd never admit it though. Trust me.

Yes, we are but let's just say we have been through a lot together.

[Pause]

If it wasn't for him and my friends, I would have been married to my ex fiancée. [All the while placing a strain on a certain word. As much as she didn't want to think about, it was true. She probably would have been stuck in a terrible marriage if it weren't for them.]

Yeah, I get it. They helped you put the Ex in that equation, which was a big deal. And, from the little you've told me? That's not a bad thing at all. If I didn't already think he was a decent guy, I'd probably think it for that reason alone.

I'm guessing you guys all kind of did a serious solid or two for each other, didn't you?

[Once again, there was a long pause on her end. Should she tell her what they had done back home?

As she looked down on the ground, she wasn't sure if she should tell her something without telling her friends.]

Yes, we did. I apologize for always being so vague but let's just say I would do almost anything for my friends. That's how much they mean to me.

So... Haru, just so you know? You don't need to apologize. It's fine. You're all pretty cagey, and I get the feeling you've got some sort of big 'thing' you're involved in you're worried about coming here or something. So, you're cautious.

Don't worry about it, ok? [She shrugged and smirked at her.] I bet you look better in whatever funny costume you wear than I ever would anyway.

And yeah, I definitely got the feeling that each of you is like that to the others. The bond's pretty obvious.
