(Not really. They were one of very few aliens in the void, so even if Kaiba didn't necessarily know about their spaceship yet, he might be able to guess that checking the building and floor with the strange vehicle clinging to one of the landing platforms with insect like legs would be a good start.
Really, look at that thing. Who else would such a bizarre construction belong to? It looks almost like a living creature.)
[The vehicle certainly did manage to get his attention, though he didn't immediately connect it to Legion it was at least a potential sign that someone was in residence there. Either way, he was curious about the foreign looking contraption so he aimed for the building it was stationed on. He walked with purpose, as if he belonged here as he entered the structure and ascended to the appropriate floor.
The easiest way to get to it seemed to be through this one compartmentalized space. It could have been a store but it was remarkably empty he found, when he let himself in. Empty save for the robot situated on the floor cleaning his gun. As ridiculous as it looked, he instinctively side-stepped so the gun wouldn't be directly or partially directed towards him, his eyes narrowing with scrutiny]
I should have assumed, you'd have one of those. [Something about his tone also said he didn't entirely approve, but from the memories he had seen before... he had to admit that some protection would be required in that dimension. Also, hi. Perhaps he should have voiced said greeting out loud but the gun was taking his full attention currently]
(They startle a bit when he comes in, looking up at the intr-)
Kaiba-Seto.
(Their headflaps settle smoothly back into place. It's just as well that he moved, because they would have if he had not. They were uninterested in causing accidental mutilation.
His obvious disapproval makes them fidget, and hold their gun a little tighter.)
It is an important historical artifact.
(It does look quite old and well used for something clearly so far advanced beyond Kaiba's time.)
[Kaiba took some enjoyment in the fact that his presence was a source of surprise, since he, as ever, preferred keeping everyone on their toes.]
Legion.
[After hearing his name he was reminded to extend some sort of greeting, it was understated but not uncommon for his usual. He noticed as Legion became more defensive, as if the gun also had some sentimental value to it]
Heh- an artifact, hmm? Makes it sound as if it's not still capable of firing, but you're keeping in too pristine a condition for that to be true. [The vintage of it didn't really matter to him so much as what it represented] I had a lot of .. artifacts like that destroyed when I seized control of Kaiba corp. [Eluding to the darker past of his company]
[The action was noted. It would have been comical if it wasn't involving a deadly firearm.
Not really, just expressing his disapproval, though since he hadn't clarified as much it was left to interpretation. That was something that often got him in trouble, not being clear. Biting back a sigh and another negative comment he decided to go along with this for the time being.]
You know that I'm not up on your dimension's timeline or terminology. I'm not familiar with the Morning War.

Is Kaiba-Seto threatening them?)
It was used in the Morning War.
(They're not lying about it being a historical artifact. But they're also not denying that it's still in use.)

(The gun, to them, symbolizes the ability to protect themselves, to save their people from cruel and wrathful gods.)
