[She mutters under her breath. Calling it a chest hole makes it sound so... weird.

Tifa shakes off that feeling in favour of turning her attention to the menu, trying to find something that would be easy digesting for Legion.]

How about some sashimi, then? [She points to that portion of the menu, where there are pictures of cut up raw fish, fresh and pink and garnished with some greens.] No seaweed or rice, just some nice fresh fish!

(They examine the part of the menu Tifa points at, taking a moment to examine the drawings.)

[ Cloud, too, observes the illustration on the menu, then pulls Tifa aside to confirm something. ]

...We're just gonna give it raw? That can't be right.

[Aw, the concern is sweet. She smiles up at him, warm, before flashing one to Legion as well.]

Of course we are. That's what sushi is. [Besides... Tifa pats Cloud on the shoulder before rummaging through the fridge for the cold sashimi to slice up.] Not like it's any worse than eating rocks or plants, right?

[That last part is directed at Legion.]

I don't think the raw fish'll harm you at all?

Evidence suggests that any object may be safely consumed, regardless of suitability as foodstuff. The primary concern is not illness, but taste.

(They ate garbage, and that didn't make them sick.)

[ He knew that sushi was raw fish, but the rice and seaweed at least added some flavour, right? Without the extras, the raw fish somehow becomes a meal known as sashimi. Huh, the more you know! He's not a good chef. ]

Don't worry, our sushi-shi... simi... shimisu is all about the taste, that's our primary concern, too.

[ Shouldn't it be illness? Also he couldn't even get the name right. ]

Sashimi, [she gently corrects.

She takes a brief break from the conversation to wander to the fridge in search of some mackerel, and lo and behold, there's a tightly wrapped bundle on the bottom shelf, as if the Void knew somehow that it was exactly what she was looking for.

It's even comes conveniently pre-sliced!]

Mackerel, coming right up! [She slaps the plate down on the counter and slides it to Cloud for him to prepare on a plate, and as she watches him work, curiosity sets in.] You have this kind of stuff back home, Legion?
