[He's nodding along to the rest of Legion's explanation, though it seems like he might be caught up in his own thoughts again... it's not that he's not interested, there's just so much to process! An entirely new, completely alien method of designing artificial life...! If only Eve was here.]

[it sounds kinda like... something about the environment itself is preventing energy flow? hmmm.] Demon Realm had an oppressive atmosphere that made energy manipulation more difficult, but to suppress it completely... Humans should also be affected by such things, but I don't feel any different. How is something like that possible?

This world is incomplete: its laws are inconsistent and do not make logical sense. It is difficult to quantify. The effect is strongly influenced by awareness: the more conscious focus on a given object, area, or occurrence, the more consistently it behaves. As conscious beings are aware of themselves, our own functioning remains largely consistent.

[He frowns, falling quiet for a long moment. If he heard that from just anyone, he probably wouldn't believe it... it sounds too similar to Henir's realm, and a place like that sure as hell isn't anywhere he'd want to be stranded. Another dimension of raw chaos where logic and reason have no bearing—how is supposed to accept something like that at face value?

But machines don't lie, and he has no reason to believe this one would. So... he has to believe it. At the very least, this machine is stating something they perceive to be a fact.

He knew he was in trouble when his Dynamos stopped working, but this is a lot more serious than even a demonic kidnapping plot. Add sighs, rubbing his temples.]

So it's affected by conscious thought, huh... I don't suppose I could get it to work by just thinking about it really hard, huh?

[His eyes light up as he's once again invited to ask questions—he's never had a specimen so willing before! It almost pains him to focus on the situation at hand over more questions about the Geth, but it is important for him understand what's going on...]

I'm not sure where the best place to start would be, but... hmm, I suppose anything else notable you've observed about this world. There seems to be a gap in my memory, so I can't even remember how I got here. One moment I was in the middle of a conversation and the next I was at the edge of the forest here. I've noticed there are other people here as well, but is everyone in a similar situation or is there anyone native to this world? Also, there must be a reason we're all here, so if you have any ideas about that as well.

It is the same for us. The only lifeforms we know of that are "native" to this world are flora and fauna created from our memories.

(They chatter.)

Our conjecture: It is likely this world requires our presence to exist in this form.

(They look over at the window and the plants next to it. They would, at some point, like to get back to their observations. They also look over at their couch. Briefly, they consider inviting him to sit. Their headflaps ripple.)

Originally, it was little other than void. We were likely brought here to assist in its creation.

(In essence, they've been drafted into being gods.)
