What: PokeBalls are now functional, and there are a lot more friends in Tabula Rasa.
Where: Outside of Heavenly Blanc! It's a picnic, baby.

It seemingly happens at random, for the trainers of the creatures they call Pokemon. Sudden bursts of light, and out emerge quite a few new friends. Pokemon of different Types, shapes, and sizes are now wandering around . . . sticking close to their trainers, probably.

There's a small gathering outside of the Heavenly Blanc, with various snacks and food set out on tables outside. Feel free to come by, play with Pokemon, and have a bite to eat! It's a random assortment of food and drink, all "foraged" and/or made by the Pokemon crew in order to celebrate their partners being released and to also introduce them to their friends they've made in Tabula Rasa!

Be careful of the rumbling storm nearby, though . . . but on the bright side, at least your phones seem to be working, if you have any? Time to take selfies with your new friends, or maybe a TikTok that just stays on your phone forever.

(Trainers will have top levels, if they want, so if you want to interact with a specific trainer, you can wait for their level! Otherwise, have fun at the picnic.)

[It's hard not to notice all the commotion, though it takes a few minutes of Cole just watching from afar before he determines that it's safe to approach and not, in fact, some kind of strange and potentially dangerous explosion of new wildlife. It looks more intentional once he can see the snacks and such set out. He recognizes some of the creatures that were already previously present... could it be these are all Pokemon?]

[There's a lot of both people and possibly Pokemon though, so as a fellow wallflower, he ends up near Alakazam. Just watching and listening in.]

[Alakazam is feeling a little... well, down. Without his powers, he feels like only half of himself; it's tough times for a Psychic to be without everything that makes them... them.]

[When the boy approaches, Alakazam opens his eyes- he had been trying to meditate, to seek some piece of the power that was within him, and calm himself in this boisterous and energetic gathering. He recognizes him from prior meetings, and inclines his head.]

Alakazam. [He looks at the boy for a moment, and then looks at Blue across the way, and gestures towards him with one of his spoons.] Zam. Alakazam?

[You're a friend, right?]

[He looks over at Alakazam with a tilt of his head, then glances at where he's gesturing.]

That's Blue.

[Cole isn't the best at interpreting vague communication, but he's trying ok.]

...Kazam....

[Okay, maybe this wasn't going to be so easy.]

[The mustachioed creature sighs to himself and uses the hilt of his spoon to draw in the dirt on the ground- A spiky-headed human (probably Blue), and then another stick figure with a big... oval on its head (Cole??), and a "+" inbetween.]

Zam? [Ffffrrriiieend?]
