Ok, now that you are up, let's get down to the real question: how'd you end up in here?

[ They were still a tiny bit groggy as they sat up. The talons actually didn't throw Turing off; they'd never seen a bird hybrid, but that seemed like the most reasonable assumption to make from their point of view. Never mind that though, there were other more pertinent issues here! A question mark blinked on their face before they answered that question. ]

What do you mean? [ That was when they looked around and realized this was definitely not their apartment. Oh. Oh dear. Sadly, this was not the first time they had broken into an apartment, but this time it wasn't on purpose! ]

I'm so sorry! I thought this was my apartment! The door wasn't locked, so...

I Just came in and found you sleeping here...

[She suddenly realizes she had left the door unlocked herself and feels slightly silly.]

Oh, sorry about that. I really should have locked that.

No, no, there's no need for you to apologize! Even if the door was unlocked, it was still my mistake to entire without taking proper care.

[ This...could very easily start going in circles. In the meantime, the descended to the ground, in case staying where they were would be overstaying their welcome. Well, overstaying more than they already had, anyway. ]

[Lysandra giggled. This was a strange situation but there was never a bad time to meet someone new.]

Same! I have a question, though. Are you a robot? I've never seen one in person.

Yes, I am. I'm noticing that is a common theme among the people here.

[ Being one of the few robots was one thing, but being one of the few robots in a place where a significant number of the population saw you as...well, something strange, was a bit alienating. ]

Is my presence in this world startling for some people, I wonder?

It isn't really startling, we just don't have robots like you where I'm from. So...it's just different?

[She was different herself and knew the feeling, making her sigh after speaking.]

I get a similiar response too. Despite my appearence, I'm actually a human and that seems to shock some people.
