Seems to have a mind of its own, so I don't see why we couldn't try.

[She's got a pen between her fingers now, pulled from her pockets, and once she finds a solid surface to write her wish on, she scribbles it down.

I wish for the people of Sector Seven to stay safe and for its rebuilding to be quick and easy. That everyone will have enough food and water to feed them.

Folding it up carefully, she then turns to Parsee.]

Alright, let's light it up!

[She took the offering and put it on the altar, lighting the fire with a spark from the rock while she clapped her hands and bowed her head for a moment. It didn't last for very long, and when she was done, she sighed and smiled up at Tifa before looking down at the paper burning before poking it with a stick.]

you're supposed to be burning that up, you realize that, don't you?

[If only a flame could have a sweatdrop...]

[Tifa leans in, close enough that she should be able to feel the heat from the paper were it doing what it was supposed to be, and she lets her brows furrow as she stares down at it like a mother reprimanding her child.]

Come on. I know you can do it; you're just not putting your all into burning that piece of paper.

[Smoke puffs out from the paper and then... nothing.

She looks over her shoulder at Parsee.]

Are we being too nice?

Actually we got the stupid thing to smoke. That's an improvement...

[She blinked and looked down at it in a bit of shock. Was she getting... no, it was because both of them were doing it together. It had to be.]

I usually shouted at it, but it didn't seem to be how I did it. It was the repetition. It takes time and repeated reminders. Eventually the Void seems to take notice.

Huh...

[She stands up straight, hands on her hips as she stares down at the piece of paper, trying not to feel so defeated.]

I guess I'll just have to come back with another wish tomorrow. And every day until the Void starts to listen. Hope you aren't sick of me yet!

[It sounded like such an excuse for her to keep coming over to see her friend, but Parse wasn't arguing even if her cheeks heated a little and she laughed into her hand.]

I suppose you will. Eventually it'll burn it up properly definitely. Maybe I'll be able to answer one of your prayers one of these days.

(OOC: I think that's a good Fade moment yep! I've submitted this thread for organic imprints on 'fire burns' so who knows? If you still want for her to run into that nug evolving, I'll track down the top level for you.
