The first aid kit should have all the supplies they need, so he'll only use the alcohol if he absolutely has to. Meanwhile, his Smeargle has come up with a towel, and holds it up desperately.

"Good thinking, Rose. That way I won't get blood everywhere." He named the Smeargle Rose, by the way. She lays out the towel in a nearby booth, and Dragonite lays Sam on top of it. The first thing Sam goes for in the first aid kit is the painkillers, coughing after he swallows them dry. He glances up at Legion and his own companions as he arranges the supplies he'll need to treat himself; he hates to ask for even more, but....

"Could I ask you for one more thing? A mirror of some kind would help me get a better look at what I'm trying to do." His shoulder, at least, is not in a great position for him to see what he's doing, and his abdomen is at a pretty awkward angle to work on too.
