You really didn't get a good feel for the passage of days when life was monotonous as hers was in Gensokyo. She got bored rather easily, even if she rarely left her bridge.

I don't like this now, knowing the implications, but there? It was just the monotony of my existence. Like you said. I had no idea there was anything missing.
